Product Description:
Our Single-sided FPC Board is a highly dependable flexible printed circuit board that is still very robust, focusing on applications where great flexibility, small size, and stable performance are the requirements. This single-sided FPC is made from premium Polyimide (PI) material with a 1 Mil stiffener. It offers a perfect combination of mechanical strength and flexibility, so it can be bent, folded, and even installed in very tight or even irregular spaces where the use of rigid PCBs will be impossible. Thanks to the ENIG 2U'' surface finish, minimum nickel (Ni) thickness of 120U'', and overall FPC thickness of 0.12mm, the product not only looks great but possesses excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and electrical conductivity. Every piece is 100% AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) inspected to micro-defects such as open circuits, short circuits, pinholes, etc. This ensures that the products are always of high quality and reliability and can be used for various electronic devices.
